I was born during a time of war, which gave me a different perspective on life from a very young age. In order to ensure our safety, my parents moved our family to the United States and I have lived Washington for over 4 decades.

​I graduated from the University of Washington with a Business degree and a concentration in Information Technology. After many years with a well-known global asset management company, the birth of my twin boys in 2010 became the catalyst for a profound shift in my life path and guided me toward education, healthy living, meditation, and spirituality.
