For coaching sessions, payment is required in order to confirm date of the session.

​QHHT® Payment Policy

The sessions are offered as an energy exchange, a sacred balance of giving and receiving. As this work continues to grow, a set fee will be introduced to honor the time, care, and intention invested in each session. Until then, sessions are offered for free. If you feel an energetic imbalance and wish to tip, you are welcome to give what feels aligned with your heart. 

Refund
 

Please know that all payments are non-refundable, as they honor the time, care, and intention shared in each session.

Rescheduling

​

You agree to provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your session. For in-person sessions, this notice is required if you or someone in your household is sick. If you do not reschedule within the required timeframe, no refunds will be given, as time and energy are dedicated to preparing for each session. Clients may reschedule one time without penalty, and any additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiting the session cost. If Ava Heydarian needs to reschedule for any reason, it will not count towards the clients reschedule limit. Please submit rescheduling requests to hello.soulpath@gmail.com. A consent form will be emailed to you granting me permission to conduct your session, the form must be completed, signed and emailed back to hello.soulpath@gmail.com, 12 hours prior to your session, otherwise your session will be rescheduled.
